yeah that's a good point about our scouting staff tho dont think theyd pass up a chance on a cbj star if we had the cap space and assets, its just a matter of if we can get it right with the pieces we have man

@GoldenKnights71, your scouting staff deserves credit for finding those gems, but I still think they'd rather pick up the pieces left behind in free agency instead of risking huge cap hits on rentals. Would you trade one of your prospect tournament invitees for a CBJ star?

im just saying they've taken risks before and it's paid off, why change that up now?

i think mc phee is a smart guy, he'll weigh the risks and rewards ngl if they can get this cbj star for a good price it's worth taking a shot at it man
