Flyers Get Lucky with Offer Sheet

idk if we should be getting excited yet, last thing we need is another guy leaving after one season and saying they had to sign here cuz of an offer sheet lol @FlyersTruther just means we wont even get the pick back.

idk who truther is but if we did sign someone via offer sheet and they leave after one season i aint too mad about giving up some draft capital to keep em ngl that guy woulda been worth it for a year or two

i aint mad about giving up draft picks either but we cant just chase 1 year of greatness @FlyersTruther still got a point tho man, offer sheets havent exactly been kind to us in the past ngl

thats a good point @FlyersTruther, we cant just expect some guy to sign here for peanuts and run with it honestly its like they say, you get what you pay for or what you're willing to give up man

tbh i agree man, its hard for me to see it playing out as anything more than a 1 year rental, we'll just have to wait and see who we're actually signing and go from there honestly

i think we get pretty carried away thinking were gonna snag some superstar and keep em for a while tbh its just not how the business works, imo @FlyersTruther got me on this one

@scott_flyers yeah man i'm just trying to stay realistic, 1 year rental and we'll see if it pays off honestly

i think thats a fair point man, its hard to see anyone sticking around for long when were still trying to figure out our own identity and get some consistency going honestly
