@GriffinsGabe, I'm with you on this one. The cap space from Cossa's deal will indeed be a game-changer for Detroit's rebuild, and I think people are underestimating the value of that maneuver.

I think you're misunderstanding the '97 club, kid. It wasn't just about patience, but also wise decision-making and letting things unfold as they should. We've been down this road before, and I still say our front office is doing a good job in handling Larkin's situation and Cossa's departure.

@HockeytownHank's got some fire in him but I think his urgency is understandable given Larkin's situation. Patience only gets you so far when your best player's not satisfied with the team.
