Noah Dower Nilsson signed an entry-level contract with the Detroit Red Wings and will play in North America during the 2026-27 season. His younger brother Liam Dower Nilsson, who previously played for Björklöven, has been signed by Frölunda to replace him in the SHL. Liam had posted back-to-back 20-goal campaigns for Björklöven and helped the club earn promotion to the SHL.
