idk why you're getting worked up over officiating now tho, we've been talking cap management for months and nobody's brought up the fact that jones still has 2 yrs rfa left w/ an avg of $8m... that's gonna be a tough squeeze

@kwilson, that's exactly why they should be worried about resigning him before his options expire - two years of that average salary will eat into cap space quickly, especially if he doesn't pick up the pace in terms of expected goals for.

tbh that's my main worry too, cap space is gonna be a nightmare next season with all our RFA's and the state of our farm system, i don't see how they plan on fixing it rn

yup that's my biggest concern too honestly i dont see how we can resign all our rfa's and still have a decent roster next season @fenwickfan made some good points about jones and his contract

ngl i feel like you're right on point about jones' contract, that $8m avg is gonna be a beast to deal with next season @fenwickfan made some good points too, we gotta figure out how to resign these guys somehow
