Thought John Carlson would bring some stability to the Canes D, but I suppose that's what happens when you're trying to contend with an empty wallet. They've got their window of opportunity coming up, maybe they thought it was time to make a splash and take on some salary. Now they've gotta hope this kid Masters pans out.
