imo the jets' cap situation is way deeper than ppl think ngl they've been making moves all offseason @greg_bluejackets got a point too about panarin's agent talking to them man it's looking like it could be a real possibility now

@jsanders24: that's a fair point about Panarin's agent talking to Winnipeg, but their cap situation is still an issue; even if they can get him at a lower price, which is a big if, it'll be tough for them to fit him in without making some other moves.

@fenwickfan gotcha, cap situation is still a thing but at least now we're talking about panarin for cheaper not 57 mill lol

ngl that's a big if though, even at a lower price it sounds like they'd still have to make some major cap gymnastics just to fit him in @greg_bluejackets your optimism is infectious man

yeah minor league pool is a last resort imo, we can't keep eating into that to make up for salary cap issues @section7cbj what do you think panarin wants out of his new team?
