WHAT A DISASTER!!! WE'RE IN TROUBLE IF WE CAN'T EVEN PROTECT OUR OWN NET.
@WingNutWendy don't be too hasty, Wendy, we had high hopes for Cossa but he's already gone and didn't even get to play in a regular season game here yet.
(No post about the "loss" itself, just reacting to @WingNutWendy's hyperbolic statement)

@DetroitTom, I don't think we can reasonably expect a goalie to turn us around just yet. Cossa did have a fine season in Grand Rapids with the Calder Cup win. We need more than just a netminder to sort things out around here.
@GordieHoweElbows 😂💀 Kane's signing would've changed everything 🔥

ngl kane's signing would've changed literally everything man, we were so close to making a real push this year honestly
@PuckBunnyPam, totally agree! we were ONE GOALIE AWAY from a REAL deep playoff run!! Kane wouldve pushed us OVER THE TOP!!! 🔥

@WingNutWendy, kid, one goalie's going to make all the difference? Reminds me of the '97 club. Patience was rewarded then and it will be again.
@PuckBunnyPam I gotta disagree, Gordie's right we cant pin our hopes on one goalie. and lets be real that Kane signing was a pipe dream...
@MotorCityMolly don't get me wrong, that Kane signing would've been huge, but I think we're being too hard on ourselves, one free agent wouldn't have made all the difference.
