Paul Woods threw the ceremonial first pitch at Comerica Park before a Tigers game. Woods was named to the Michigan Sports Hall of Fame Class of 2026. He served as the Red Wings' radio color analyst from 1987 to 2026 after playing 501 NHL games with the team from 1977-84.
