The Boston Bruins acquired forward JJ Peterka in a trade that sent the No. 23 pick in the 2026 draft and a conditional first-round pick in the 2028 draft to the Utah Mammoth. Peterka, a 24-year-old top-six wing, has scored at least 25 goals each of the past three seasons. The Bruins also selected forward James Hagens, the No. 7 pick in the 2025 draft, in their recent roster retooling efforts.
