Tommy Novak signed a three-year contract extension with the Pittsburgh Penguins worth $4.25 million annually, beginning in the 2027-28 season. The deal was finalized on July 31, 2026, and makes Novak a long-term member of the organization. Novak had previously been acquired from Nashville at the 2025 trade deadline and appeared in two games for Pittsburgh due to injury.
