The Detroit Red Wings are searching for a new general manager after Steve Yzerman announced his departure. Since Ken Holland left the team in 2019, he has served as an NHL general manager for two other teams. Lou Lamoriello managed the New Jersey Devils for nearly 30 years before taking GM roles with the Toronto Maple Leafs and New York Islanders.
