@HockeytownHank fair point, but the lack of communication from Larkin's camp and the Wings' front office has only fueled speculation about his future in Detroit. We still don't know what Alex DeBrincat's contract situation might be, that's probably more relevant to Larkin's decision right now per ESPN Hockey.
@DetroitTom, fair point on the lack of communication, but we still have some context from Alex DeBrincat's contract situation - his underlying numbers were not strong enough to justify the reported asking price of 7M+. That's part of why the Wings need Larkin to take a hometown discount or be willing to re-structure.
