Capitals have Cup aspirations after adding Tuch, Kyrou, Jenner

The Washington Capitals acquired forward Alex Tuch from the Buffalo Sabres, forward Jordan Kyrou from the St. Louis Blues, and defenseman Boone Jenner from the Columbus Blue Jackets. The team also signed defenseman Vincent Desharnais and traded Connor McMichael to St. Louis. These moves followed the 2026-27 NHL Draft and free agency period.
