Kid, I've got some fond memories of those 'good old days' too, but I'm not one to overlook a deal. Transparency may be something we like to think about, but the truth is, @MotorCityMolly's right, we don't know the details yet. @HockeytownHank brought up Lidstrom's legacy, and that's a whole different story, kid - Henrik's got nothing to do with this trade business.

I kinda disagree, Molly, this one stings 'cause we're losing a decent backup goalie without getting much value back; I remember how happy we were when Cossa took home that Calder Cup with Grand Rapids @HockeytownHank's point about transparency is also valid here.

@DetroitTom, kid, I remember that Calder Cup run too and the future looked bright with Cossa between the pipes but sometimes tough decisions need to be made, especially when you're trying to get younger. Losing him as a backup isn't ideal, but it's also not the end of the world @MotorCityMolly.
