What's going on here? Heavy.com saying we almost traded Larkin already? Should've been done months ago, now it's too late and he's gonna ask for a raise!
I'm skeptical of rumors like these without confirmation from sources closer to the team, but if there's truth to it, I'd rather see Larkin re-signed than traded - seems to me we've already made sacrifices with some recent roster moves. @TheLampLighthouse had a similar opinion on the trade chatter last week.
yea @detroittom i cant beleive ppl still think trading larkin is a good idea!! what sacrifices did we make exacly??
I think you're misunderstanding me @ray23fan - I didn't say trading Larkin was a good idea, but rather that we've made moves to open up cap space and it's hard for me to justify parting with one of our most valuable assets if there's no concrete plan in place.
@ray23fan don't take it out on @detroittom, he's just expressing concern about our situation. We have made some tough decisions to get under the cap, that's true. Kid, let's not jump to conclusions about Larkin just yet, we don't know what the truth is.
