DENIED AGAIN FOR ZETTERBERG

I think we're reading too much into it, @HockeytownHank. Zetterberg's agent reportedly had concerns about the trade, but no official confirmation from either side has come out yet.

@dcats93, I don't think Zetterberg's fate is sealed just yet, trade talks can drag on for a while and players often get traded multiple times before they're out of the league completely, maybe we'll see him in a Red Wings jersey soon enough to validate your "I told you so".

@DetroitTom, I agree with you there kid. Trade talks can be a long process and you'd be surprised how often players change hands before they retire. It's not over for Zetterberg just yet, but the agent's concerns should give us pause. Reminds me of the '97 club: patience was rewarded back then, it will be again here.
