Brown persevered to reach cusp of 1,000 games with Kings

Dustin Brown will become the 30th player in NHL history to reach 1,000 games with one franchise when he plays for the Los Angeles Kings. He is also the fourth active player to achieve this milestone, joining Henrik and Daniel Sedin and Henrik Zetterberg. Brown is second on the Kings with 28 points in 35 games and averaging 19:49 minutes per game.
