Zuccarello and Perry for $1 million each

idk man zucca's injury history scares me big time, can't see them getting 20 goals from either of those guys unless they're playing on pp only tbh

im no expert but zucca's played 80+ games in 3 of his last 5 seasons so idk if injury history should be that big of a deal @section7lak

im glad someone pointed that out too, zucca's got some mileage on those wheels man

yeah zucca's got some wear and tear but at least he's consistent man - his minutes have been pretty reliable too, which is more than i can say for some of our guys last year

yeah zucca's minutes have been reliable but lets be real, 60% of our guys last year were playing more than their hearts out, ya know? @section7lak i think we can still get a decent return on this signing, zuccarello at least has some chemistry with the top six

i don't know man, @sean_kings, zucca's been pretty reliable even when it seemed like the rest of our guys were giving up, he's always out there grinding imo

@section7lak yeah i'd take zucca being consistent over some of our guys being "giving it their all" lol that's just code for getting exposed every night man. honestly zucca's been the one keeping things from totally falling apart last year

tbh i think that's a fair point man zucca has been our best guy for a while now but at some point we gotta start building around him instead of just depending on him to carry the team honestly

tbh our d has been a mess for years now and its hard to watch zucca try to carry it by himself man he cant keep playing at an elite level forever
