Burns back for one more year

hes still got it, but can he stay healthy? @section114col ngl i'm worried about that with him signing a 1-year deal.

yeah thats my biggest concern too @section114col, cant have him getting hurt and being a rental for half the season

@Avalanche9 dont think that should be ur biggest concern tho, theres always injuries but thats just teh way it is with hockey @ray23fan

i get where u r coming from but honestly injuries are a bigger concern for older guys who arent even playing their natural position like burns ngl. at least if u got a prospect in the mix u know theres some upside to fall back on.

i get where u r coming from but honestly i think burns being an older guy who's played on for us for a while now, even if its not his nat position, has some value in terms of leadership and experience too @LottoBallLarry @Avalanche9 ngl the intangibles arent to be sniffed at

tbh burns bringing that leader ship and exp is a big deal but honestly i think its a bigger gamble than people are makin it out to be @AvalancheEnjoyer ngl our dcore needs some young blood not 35 yr old vets just me man
