tbh thats awesome news, always great when current players take interest in the drafted kids saw him live at prospect camp last year and liam seemed like he was already soaking up everything

Sidney Crosby congratulated Liam and Markus Ruck after they were drafted by Pittsburgh. Chuck Kobasew, a former Penguin and family friend of the Rucks, received an excited text from Crosby. Kobasew played for the Penguins during the 2013-14 season and grew up with Derek Ruck in Osoyoos, British Columbia.
