Ducks Name Manson Head Coach of San Diego Gulls

The Ducks have named Dave Manson head coach of the San Diego Gulls, their American Hockey League affiliate, marking his first professional head coaching position. Kelly Buchberger and Steve McCarthy were named assistant coaches to join the staff. Manson, 59, spent the previous season as an assistant coach with the Gulls after coaching with Edmonton and Lethbridge.
