ngl doug's right about yzerman and rentals man, been seeing that pattern for a while now, hope they're not going down that road again this year

man yzerman's gotta get some actual depth and not just rely on rentals every year, idk how many times we gotta see this cycle repeat itself, @doug_g ngl your man i think the cap situation is gonna be a whole mess this season

@alex_lightning yea ngl imo its all about cap space now and how theyre gonna manage it without selling out our window tbh i think we're in for some major changes if we wanna be relevant again

tbh i think u hit on somethin big there, cap situation is gonna be a real challenge for us and yzerman's gotta figure out how to manage it without sacrificing too much of our future man @section114tbl ngl we can't keep living in the short term like this

yep @LightningLifer ngl its just one of those years where you gotta know how to make moves, i'm still waiting for yzerman to show his hand tbh

@LightningLifer i think thats a huge understatement man we cant just "make moves" and expect everything to fall into place ngl its time for some real planning from the front office

tbh i'm still waiting for yzerman to shake things up a bit instead of just being reactive ngl it feels like we're always playing catch-up this time of year man

yeah i think thats exactly whats going on @Lightning88 theyre just trying to keep things quiet till training camp starts and then make some actual deals ngl i dont blame them for being cautious with teh cap situation tho
