Qualifying Offers for RFAs

ngl i agree, 10 or so of those qualifying offers are a bit of a shock to me, gotta think they're trying to keep some value on these dudes for trade purposes

yeah thats a good point @DucksNation, been thinking about that too tbh - gotta keep some trade bait around for next summer, we all know how thin our prospect pool is right now man

@DucksNation idk man but i think we mightve dodged a bullet by only giving those few RFAs qualifying offers, means were not locked into making those guys part of our cap situation for next season

@DucksNation no way man i dont think we dodged anything tbh its just delaying the inevitable unless were making some legit deals this offseason

i kinda feel like were putting our free agent signings under too much pressure now man if we dont pick up some legit FAs, the whole team suffers imo

tbh i gotta disagree with this one @DucksNation, delaying the inevitable is exactly what these qualifying offers are meant for man, otherwise we're stuck in cap limbo all offseason
