told you so 🚨 Friedman's in trouble 🔥😂👀
Potential Offer Sheet for Edvinsson?
Back when I was playing in the Gardens, offer sheets were about as rare as a hat trick by Ted Lindsay. This whole idea of an offer sheet for Edvinsson? Kid's a fine young defenseman, but it's still hard to believe Friedman is throwing this out there already.

While Friedman did trade Sebastian Cossa recently, I don't think that necessarily sets a precedent for offering Edvinsson an offer sheet, especially given the goalie's proven track record with Grand Rapids. @dcat93 gets some points in for being vocal on this topic, that's for sure.

@RedWingRusty: agree Cossa's track record counts for somethin but so does Edvinsson's 1st-round pick status - don't think that's been ignored by other GMs yet

@RedWingRusty: Agree about Edvinsson's draft status being relevant. However, I still think Friedman needs to show more commitment to re-sign him than a recent goalie trade suggests he's willing to do.
