The Anaheim Ducks matched a five-year offer sheet from the Philadelphia Flyers for center Leo Carlsson, signed at an average annual value of $18 million running from the 2026-27 through 2030-31 seasons. In 2025-26, the 21-year-old Carlsson recorded 29 goals and 38 assists in 70 regular-season games while leading the Ducks in points per game. Carlsson posted 4 goals and 7 assists in 12 playoff games, leading all NHL players age 21 and younger in postseason points and assists.
