hey tbh cant say im shocked they're hyping up detroit again, been a rivalry for years and it always gets more attention when theyre actually competing like last season ngl we lost to them in ot at the ACC man.

I think the rivalry hype is overblown this early, @luke_mapleleafs. Last year's performance from Detroit was an anomaly, their underlying numbers don't quite back up their top-six forward spending.

idk man, i think fenwickfan's forgetting that even if detroit's underlying numbers don't add up, they're still a team that can get hot and knock us out of the playoffs @fenwickfan's being way too focused on analytics this early tbh
