The Golden Knights traded forward Keegan Kolesar to the Detroit Red Wings in exchange for a 2027 seventh-round pick and a 2029 third-round pick. Vegas also re-signed defenseman Rasmus Andersson to a seven-year deal and defenseman Dylan Coghlan, while signing forwards Marc Gatcomb and Victor Olofsson and defensemen Adam Ginning, Ville Heinola, and Antti Tuimisto.
