VGK Prospect Questionnaire: Juho Piiparinen
Juho Piiparinen, a 17-year-old defenseman, was drafted in the first round of the 2026 NHL Draft by the Vegas Golden Knights from Finland's Tappara and attended the Golden Knights' Development Camp in July 2026. During the 2025-26 season, Piiparinen recorded one goal and 15 assists in 43 games across Tappara's U-20 and senior teams, and competed for Finland at the 2026 World Junior Championship. During an interview at camp, Piiparinen expressed admiration for Golden Knights defenseman Shea Theodore and cited the organization's approach to player development as his favorite aspect of the team.
