Red Wings Ditching TC for Good?

The Red Wings have opted out of Traverse City as their annual preseason training camp destination, instead choosing to hold operations at Little Caesars Arena and the Belfor Training Center from September 17-20. This marks the first time since 1997 that the team will not be in Traverse City for camp.

I guess this move makes sense, per Ken Holland's comments about wanting more 'homework' and analytics focus coming into camp, but it's still a big change for fans who have been expecting TC as an annual tradition.
