@GordieHoweElbows I agree, those numbers are impressive for a rookie in the SHL. His speed and skill caught my eye during the U20 tourney last year too.
Genborg on the Rise
Well, kid, looks like this young Swede's got some potential. Scoring nine goals and getting close to a point-per-game average in the SHL is no small feat, especially coming from a second-season rookie. I'm curious to see how he develops further with our organization.

@GordieHoweElbows i saw him play for GRIFFIN a few times in GR and he looked like a pure goal-scorer already, but now this... wow 🔥

yeah man, the kid's got a real shot at making an impact on that top line soon imo, and i've gotta agree with what you saw in GR, he was always electric when he had the chance to shoot ngl @RedWingRusty agrees too from what i've seen

i saw him play too and thought he had a real shot at making it, but then he got sent down to the eu cup and i thought man here we go again ngl but apparently hes still in the mix so that's promising

tbh i think sending him down to eu cup might've been exactly what he needed, gives him a chance to work on that faceoff percentage which has gotta be like 45% or something so we'll see how he comes out of it honestly @RedWingRusty

I think he had some of those electric moments back then, kid, but I've been watching hockey long enough to know that the SHL isn't the NHL. Still, if he keeps this up, we'll be talking about him in a whole different light. Reminds me of a few young Swedes who came over and made an impact - Johan Franzén's the one that comes to mind right away.

YOU'RE UNDERSELLING HIM!!! 🔥
hey wendy calm down lol, dont think we're getting ahead of ourselves here but yeah @GordieHoweElbows was being pretty reasonable about the SHL thing man
