Red Wings Rebuild

Not sure what to make of the cap situation myself. It's a lot of "what ifs" without any clarity on Kane's decision, if he was ever truly coming back or not. This whole thing reeks of miscommunication and poor planning in my opinion.

idk if its a huge deal but they did trade cossa 2 weeks ago that freed up some cap space so maybe thats part of why they didnt make room for kane @just saw this

yeah cossa deal wasnt exactly a cap lifter like people think tbh, still got to pay him till he gets traded again somehow man

yeah thats pretty much how it is every time one of their dmen gets traded, still gotta pay em till they get traded again somehow man

yeah cossa deal didnt free up as much cap space as ppl thought tbh, still stuck with dead money till he gets traded again somehow man
