yeah but we lost out on him tbh ngl its hard seeing players go to division rivals and get a boost in value

@just_me_88, Hathaway's addition won't make or break the Panthers' divisional hopes. We can't be too surprised given their cap situation and free agent activity - they need bodies on cheap deals to fill out their roster.

I feel your pain @scott_flyers, Hathaway's a solid player but I wouldn't say they "snatched" him up - Panthers were always in on him and have been working on their depth all offseason, @fenwickfan makes a good point about cap space.

yeah danm i still think they were desperate enough to throw some big money at him, ngl that's gotta sting for the flyers org imo

yeah danm the flyers did put in a ton of time on him i think but maybe they just thought he was worth it tbh?
