The Detroit Red Wings traded forward Anthony Mantha to the Washington Capitals on Monday in exchange for a first-round pick in the 2021 NHL Draft, a second-round pick in the 2022 NHL Draft, and forwards Jakub Vrana and Richard Panik. Mantha, 26, had recorded 21 points in 42 games for Detroit this season and made his Capitals debut against the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday.
