The Detroit Red Wings acquired forward Keegan Kolesar from the Vegas Golden Knights on Wednesday in exchange for a 2029 third-round draft pick and a 2027 seventh-round draft pick. Kolesar, who won the Stanley Cup with Vegas in 2023 and reached the Cup Final this spring, said he is excited to join the Red Wings and provide toughness and a veteran presence to the team's bottom six.
