tbh i'm surprised theyre even thinking about this right now, still gotta work on getting under cap somehow man. ngl if hes gone that means we're banking on raphael lavoie being a thing and idk if thats too much to ask from one guy

I think you might be understating the situation - cap space is always a challenge, but this team has done well navigating it in the past and can't afford to keep relying on Band-Aid solutions. They'll need more than just Lavoie stepping up if they're going to make this work.
