Keegan Kolesar was traded from Vegas to the Red Wings for a pair of draft picks after receiving notice from Vegas general manager Kelly McCrimmon on Wednesday. The 29-year-old had spent six seasons with the Golden Knights and credited 270 hits this season, ranking seventh in the NHL. Kolesar stated he wants to bring a physical, tough element to the Wings' lineup and help the team win.
