tbh i feel like hes still got a ways to go before we're talking about him as a "next guy up" kinda situation man, one bad game and he's back to whatever level he was at before his breakout

idk i think he proved more than just "whatever level" last season tho honestly man, we saw glimpses of something special

we saw glimpses of something special yeah but lets not get ahead of ourselves, hes still a kid and one good season dont make him the savior honestly man

ngl i dont think we can just count out one good season like that, he made some big plays for us down the stretch man @IslandersLifer's just being real though, cant blame him for being cautious with a kid like schaefer still.

tbh we cant just rely on one good season from a kid like that, we need consistency for at least another year or two before calling him the savior honestly man @steve_islanders
