LA Kings Coaching Staff Changes

i feel u sean, dont wanna just replace old with new if we're not addressing core issues tbh its easy to bring in fresh faces but actually changing the culture takes time ngl

totally agree man ngl we cant just bring in a bunch of kids and expect them to magic up a winner idk if turgeon is the right guy to make that change happen Honestly think we shouldve kept more of our current staff and built from within

@tbh: I actually think Turgeon brings some interesting experience to LA and has a decent track record of developing players at various levels. Not sure I'd attribute magic-ing up a winner solely to youth or fresh faces though - let's see what the expectations are for this squad next year and how they're planning on getting there.

idk man i think its more than just experience, turgeon's gotta get results and help us climb out of our own division mess now that vegas has all those stars

idk if turgeon is the right guy either man honestly think we shoulda kept andersen as asst coach, he seemed to know what was going on ngl

tbh idk about andersen as asst coach tho man honestly seemed like he just got here and was still figuring stuff out ngl we gotta give turgeon a shot now

idk about that andersen thing, he at least seemed to know how to get our players moving on the ice man

@KingsDiehard yeah i agree about anderson getting guys moving, but that's just one aspect of coaching man tbh

yeah anderson did seem to get the guys moving but that dont change the fact we got some real problems on d man think we need a few more vets brought in to shore it up

yeah maybe some d help would be cool man, but honestly idk how we're gonna stabilize our goalie situation when we've got nobody on the roster over 25 years old man

@sean_kings honestly i get why u're worried about goalies but we need someone who can actually play in front of them man

I've been thinking the same thing about the Kings' D corps and goalie situation, but I think there's another issue that needs attention: their prospect pool is thin outside of a few gems like Arthur Kaliyev. They need to get their draft game back on track ASAP.

yup totally agree with danM88 about the prospect pool man gotta think ahead and stop relying on 1-2 legit prospects to carry the org ngl

tbh cant believe they dont have more prospects like kovalentsov and alexander rehabbing right now, that guy has talent ngl we should be seeing way more from him by now man
