Stuart Skinner signs 2-year, $7.5 million contract with Jets

Stuart Skinner signed a two-year, $7.5 million contract with the Winnipeg Jets with an average annual value of $3.75 million. The 27-year-old goalie recorded a 23-17-9 record with a 2.92 goals-against average and .888 save percentage in 50 games split between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Edmonton Oilers last season. Skinner was acquired by Pittsburgh on Dec. 12 and appeared in three Stanley Cup Playoff games with a 0-3 record.
