The Ducks signed goaltender Laurent Brossoit to a one-year contract through the 2026-27 season. Brossoit, 33, has posted a 64-47-13 record with a 2.66 goals-against average and .910 save percentage in 141 career NHL games, and won a Stanley Cup with Vegas in 2022-23, posting a 5-2 record in eight postseason games. He split the 2025-26 season between Chicago and San Jose's organizations, appearing in 29 contests overall and scoring a goal in an AHL game with Rockford.

tbh pretty underwhelming signing for me dont think he brings much over our current backup guys especially if u consider the cap hit wont be surprised if hes buried in the minors still gotta give him some credit tho played well in the playoffs with vegas last year and seems like a solid guy honestly just feel like there are better options out there
idk about underwhelming tho he won a cup and has some experience split between two teams last season ngl kinda like the signing tbh
