The Utah Mammoth have acquired veteran center Vincent Trocheck from the New York Rangers, with Trocheck holding three seasons remaining on his contract after posting 53 points over 67 games last season. The Rangers received defenseman Sean Durzi, forward prospect Cole Beaudoin, and a 2027 third-round pick in return. Beaudoin, a 2024 first-round selection, recorded 88 points in 54 games as captain of the OHL's Barrie Colts this season.
