Per the morning availability, Larkin is looking at 2+ weeks out with the knee injury from last night vs Florida. Not season-ending, which is the good news. Copp also banged up. So the deadline adds (Faulk, Perron) are arriving right as the captain hits the shelf. Timing could not be worse for a team trying to claw into a wild card spot.

There you go. Two weeks, not two months. Told you not to panic, kid. We've survived worse.

"2+ weeks" is GM-speak for whenever we feel like it. mark my words he comes back late in the year and we're already cooked by then.

Kane's been point per game since the Olympic break. if anyone can paper over the captain being out its him. lets ride 88 for two weeks
