ngl i think you're right jets brass will move anyone if they get a package thats too good to pass up tbh hellebuyck is our best trade chip and they wont be sentimental about it

yeah i think youre right about hellebuyck being the best trade chip but if theyre looking to move him for a monster package id rather see them get it done sooner rather than later so we can start figuring out our goalie situation man

yeah i dont wanna be stuck in limbo trying to guess what theyre gonna do either, sooner than later would suck less than waiting all summer for some 'evaluation' period man

Sentimental about Hellebuyck? Fie upon it, young man! Back in my day, players were traded for a reason and no one batted an eye. I think @toddm_tc makes a fine point, get the deal done sooner rather than later so we can start retooling for next season.

idk if thats really how the brass thinks tbh man... honestly i dont think theyd be stupid enough to hold onto hellebuyck for sentimental reasons ngl they gotta weigh his value vs whatever they get back

i get why youd be feeling that way but we dont even know if theyre actively shopping hellebuyck or just evaluating options imo
