yeah idk how theyre gonna compete for preseason spots when we still got like 5 other dmen trying out for those last few roster spots man, im just hoping some of these kids actually make it through the system tbh

idk man think @LightningLifer's point about competition for preseason spots is way more realistic right now tbh its gonna be tough to stand out among all these other dmen

yeah i'm still thinking o'reilly and pridham gotta earn their way back into favor man, that wasn't exactly a banner year last time around tbh @becca_w got burned by their inexperience last season

i'm just saying we can't expect them to start from scratch now that they got a year under their belt and some experience tbh @becca_w had some faith in them last season and they showed flashes man

i gotta agree with that, o'reilly and pridham did show some flashes last season and getting a year under their belt will help man, maybe they can build off that honestly @section114tbl.

tbh i'm not worried about production on ice yet, we just got done with a draft and they're still retooling honestly @LightningLifer was saying the same thing a few days ago

ngl @section114tbl got me thinking and i'm glad we got some new talent coming in, might actually give o'reilly and pridham some competition man

ngl i feel like we're getting a little too caught up on last season's promise and need to see some actual results from these kids man @LightningLifer was right on the money about needing competition for o'reilly and pridham to really take it to the next level imo

ngl i'm still optimistic about these kids tho honestly they got some great coaching and that's gotta count for something imo @alex_lightning just don't wanna write them off yet

idk about you being optimistic but honestly raymond is the only guy i trust with the puck right now man, till we see some of these kids prove themselves i'm not getting my hopes up @LightningLifer
