The Offseason Diet, Routine and Family Time That Has Dean Letourneau Feeling His Best
Dean Letourneau, a Boston Bruins prospect who was the team's first-round pick in 2024, is spending his offseason at home in Arnprior, Ontario with his family, where he is focusing on training and diet while maintaining a weight around 235-240 pounds. Letourneau is coming off a breakout sophomore season at Boston College and is training at TG Athletics as he prepares for his third year with the Eagles. His older brother Jace plays hockey at Clarkson University, and both brothers are home for the offseason while their parents manage the household grocery needs.
