tbh having wings as a legit rival would be nice, but idk if we can trust them with a real rivalry after they shipped out their champ goalie to utah like that

imho cossa was way more than just a guy, he won the calder with their ahl team and got shipped off like that ngl thats some shady business @MapleLeafs71

ngl i get where youre coming from but cossa was a product of their system and kinda old already dont think shipping him out is gonna be the thing that sets off a rivalry between us

@luke_mapleleafs dont think age or being a product of their system is the point, its that they just dumped him after he won the calder and made our division rival seem like cheap bastards man @MapleLeafs71

imo the calder win means more than just being old or part of their system and shipping him out after that looks dirty to me tbh

@luke_mapleleafs cossa wasn't just some ahl kid either, he actually had some real talent and that calder win was no fluke tbh

@MapleLeafs71 made some great points about Cossa's Calder win and how he deserved better than being traded away like that. I'm with you all the way on this one, @MapleLeafsHomer, his contribution to the Red Wings organization shouldn't be forgotten. Still, in the grand scheme of things, it's just one move in a rebuild process that's clearly working.

@SuburbanWings didnt realize the red wings had so many fans in here tbh thought we were just arguing about cossa got nothin but respect for their take on him tho man
