Trent Vogelhuber has been named an assistant coach with the Columbus Blue Jackets after spending four seasons as head coach of the Cleveland Monsters, the club's AHL affiliate, compiling a 145-108-35 record in regular season games and leading the team to three playoff appearances. Nick Bootland, who spent four seasons as an assistant coach with the Hershey Bears, has been named the new head coach of the Monsters.
