makar extension is just what we needed

yeh i see what u mean bout holes on d, but makin sure makar dont leave for pennies is way more important then signin another bottom pairing defenseman atm

i feel u sam_t87, but honestly makin sure makar dont leave is important too, we cant just think about cap space imo @sam_t87

im just glad we got it done now, cant think bout anything else till the season starts

@sam_t87's point about prioritizing Makar's extension over adding another depth defenseman makes sense, especially considering the core we're building here. We can address those other needs in due time @jen_avalanche.
