Wings Acquire Justin Faulk from St. Louis Blues

I'm not sure what to make of this trade yet - we gave up Holl and a decent prospect, plus two picks. But Faulk is a solid addition for our power play, and his playoff experience will be valuable if we can get in that deep next year. What are everyone's initial thoughts on this deal?
